Who we are at home, and how we show up in the workplace can be different. This introduction to the Enneagram (1-2 hours) is designed to help church ministry leaders understand more fully their strengths and blind spots as they serve the church.
Workshops
Our workshops (3-8 hours) offer an interactive environment to go deeper into each of the Enneagram types. We will explore the gifts of each type and learn how to live a more integrated and more Christ-like life. Topics range from leadership styles, conflict management, and healthy culture development.
Intensive
Do you really want to develop your church ministry leaders? Why not invest in some time away in a retreat format (8+ hours)? This intensive will include focused interaction with one another and the tool of the Enneagram.
